    Note: This form is used for returning product(s) to EcoTech Marine for service.
    For all general inquiries and support not involving a return service shipment, please visit our Contact Us page.

    Be sure to have the product in front of you when completing this form, as you will need model name, serial number and purchase date for warranty verification.

    Shipments from Customer to EcoTech: Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to EcoTech Marine for the return of the defective products(s). For proof of your item being delivered and received by EcoTech, it is suggested that the products(s) be shipped via a carrier. As an example, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping method which yields a tracking number.

    Shipments from EcoTech to Customer: For units that were serviced within the warranty period, EcoTech is responsible for the cost of shipping back to the customer. For units that are outside the warranty period, shipping charges must be covered by the customer. All shipments are shipped from Bethlehem, PA.

    The EcoTech Marine RMA process is available to end users located in the United States of America. For all international warranty service claims, please contact your domestic distributor. If you have tax exemption please be sure to use your business name when completing the form below.

    We’ve noticed that some customers are creating multiple Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for individual products within the same return. Please note that it is not necessary to create a separate RMA for each item—you can include all items in a single RMA when submitting your return request. This helps us process your return more efficiently. However, if you plan to send your items in separate shipments, you will need to create a separate RMA for each shipment.

    For warranty service (products less than one year old), please upload a copy of your sales receipt with your return. If you cannot provide a receipt, please obtain one from your authorized EcoTech Marine retailer. If a copy of the original purchase receipt is not available, your warranty will be based upon your product's serial number. If any charge(s) will apply to your service request, we will contact you via phone for billing information. Return shipping will be included free-of-charge for warranty service. EcoTech Marine will notify you prior to authorizing any repairs or servicing your product.
