Terms and Conditions of the EcoTech Marine MP40w Rebate Program

To qualify for these mail-in savings you must be a legal US resident and be 18 years of age or older. You must purchase a Vortech Mp40w pump from a retailer that is not currently an authorized EcoTech Marine dealer.  EcoTech Marine reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether or not a retailer is an authorized EcoTech Marine retailer.  You may call EcoTech Marine to verify whether or not your retailer is not already an authorized EcoTech Marine dealer.  Please allow 60 days to receive your rebate check. Offer valid only within the U.S. Rebate payable in U.S. dollars.  Only actual purchaser of the qualifying products may participate in this mail-in savings program. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law.  Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses, or PO Boxes to obtain rebates may constitute fraud, violate federal or state laws and may result in prosecution, terms of imprisonment, and/or fine under U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Section 1341 & 1342). You may check the status of your rebate by calling (610) 954-8480. Rebate submissions become the property of EcoTech Marine and cannot be returned.  Please keep copies of entire rebate submission for your records. You must submit your rebate form and all required information within 30 days of purchasing your Vortech pump.  EcoTech Marine reserves the right to audit any claims, to request additional information regarding this claim and to nullify any claims which cannot be substantiated.  EcoTech Marine is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected mail.  If your submission has a timely postmark but you have not provided all required documentation, EcoTech Marine will allow you 30 days from the postmark date to remedy any deficiencies to EcoTech Marine's satisfaction.  If you do so, EcoTech Marine shall then mail you a promotional incentive offer check within 60 days.  In order to accept this offer, you must cash the promotional incentive within ninety (90) days of check issuance.  In order to accept this, you must cash the rebate check within ninety (90) days of check issuance. If you do not  cash the check within this time period, you shall be deemed to have rejected this offer, making it void.  Timely cashing of the rebate check is a necessary condition to obtain a rebate under this offer.  EcoTech Marine is not responsible for any lost or misdirected checks. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions of acceptance and that any disputes arising from or relating to this offer will be governed by Pennsylvania law without regard to its choice of law rules.  EcoTech Marine reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
