EcoTech Marine Announces Enhancements to Customer Service
After three years of increasing market acceptance and escalating demand for our award-winning products, we have expanded our U.S. operations to a larger, more modern facility. As a result of this move, effective August 1, 2008, any troubleshooting, repairs or work covered under your customers’ EcoTech warranty should be shipped to our new U.S. headquarters at 1349 Lynn Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18015. We often hear in emails, at the shows we attend, and on the forums that EcoTech provides great customer service and support. This has been in part due to our outstanding partnership with IceCap Inc. who has helped with this function under our direction for the past two years.
